New Mexico - underpayment penalty 2023

NM Taxpayer must be careful.  If NM tax balance due is over $1000, the underpayment penalty and interest must add, and can not be waiver.  

NM state says TTD and TTL is wrong.  I hope Intuit can fix the calculation.  DONOT mislead NM tax payers.
