New Mexico Solar Development Credit

It seems as though turbotax encodes the NM Solar Development Credit under Business Credits.  What if you are not a business, but an individual -do you use the business credit/Solar Development Credit or not?  The alternative seems to be to file it with an uploaded form 41406 only and hope that the state applies the credit.
