Need to file Form 0104PN

I do not live in Colorado but have rental income from that State. I need to file a Form 0104PN, but the TT Colorado State software is confusing me. I state that I am not a resident, and give the amount earned from Colorado sources, but there is no 104PN generated. What am I missing? Worse, it says that I owe nothing in Colorado taxes.

You should see a screen that asks how much rental income you earned in Colorado and when you enter that form 104PN should be generated:

If you did this and form 104PN is not generated, you may need to delete the state return and start it over, as something didn't process correctly.

I did do that, so I guess I need to delete the form. But I have no idea how to delete that and not my Federal return or my resident state return. Sounds scary to me, since I've completed just about everything else!
