After submitting my Federal and Connecticut tax returns and having them accepted, I received a letter stating that I had calculated my refund incorrectly. I found that the tax bureau had failed to include the $4000 payments sent in during 2019.

I have been trying to fill in the CT-1040X amended tax form but find it confusing. Can you help?
