Nebraska State forms not ready yet

My turbotax says that the 1040N for Nebraska will be ready soon but it's been a month.  I already received an email saying it was ready.  is there something I need to do other than hit the "update" button to make this work?

I recommend calling us to request a soft push of the software for the federal and state.

Let the agent know you have been trying to update your software but the update is not loading.  They will be able to assist you.
