The Nebraska taxes keep getting rejected. initially I got this error:
2025_Nebraska_2210_Line19 - Your Nebraska return was not processed for e-file due to a software issue on Nebraska Form 2210N. This issue will be resolved in our next product release, which will be available on March 13. Re-transmit the return on or after that date.
I waited until the 13th updated the software reviewed the state return and resubmitted now I get this error:
F2210N-0131 - 22b is reserved for future use during years with a single interest rate. RatePeriodA8PctCyrPenaltyAmt (22b, column A), RatePeriodB8PctCyrPenaltyAmt (22b, column B), RatePeriodC8PctCyrPenaltyAmt (22b, column C), and RatePeriodD8PctCyrPenaltyAmt (22b, column D) are not allowed to have values greater than zero.
It looks like a new issue with the same form
I checked the form F2210N and these fields are all these are greyed out in the form and don't have any value. Because they are greyed out I cannot enter 0 or any other number.
What do I need to do to file my Nebraska return so it will stop being rejected.

To fix the rejection:
Thanks but that is not possible because these fields are not editable and are greyed out in the form.
After working with tech support the fix was:
1) fully uninstall turbotax (using a uninstall program on a Mac to remove all preferences and support files)
2) reinstall and redownload the state and try again, this finally allowed the state to accept
