When the final review of the Nebraska return, the property tax incentive came up stating the parcel number should be 10 digits, however, parcel numbers are 13 digits. Should I leave the 13 digit parcel number on the return and ignore the request to correct the parcel number?

No, do not ignore the request to correct your parcel number as your return may get rejected. Please verify your parcel number on the page County Parcel ID Search.
I'm going to have to file my state return by mail as the Turbotax program won't accept anything but a 10 digit parcel ID. Verified through Nebraska DOR and Turbotax customer service. I don't know what the issue is, but there's no work around. I didn't have an issue with it last year when it was first introduced. The individual I spoke with at NDOR said he would run the issue up his chain of command, so hopefully they can get the issue fixed for those who file later.
