Why cant I add this to my Federal Return, I paid for it with the Deluxe version?

Are you trying to add ND tax paid in addition to withholding? If you made estimated tax payments, follow this link.

ND state tax form will not download so I can complete my taxes.

Please contact us directly for this issue: https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/

The agent will need to push a software update for the federal return and then push the update for a state return. After the steps are completed it should work.
