My state return says accepted in turbo tax but my state does not have the return

Illinois website does not have my return on file.  Turbo tax tells me it was 'accepted' on 02/16/2019.  It's been over a month and I paid for my state to be filed.  Going to be very annoyed if I have to file myself since I cannot get any answers is this forum and only get recorded messages when I call turbotax.

Have you tried calling the the Illinois Department of Revenue?  If it is showing Accepted on our end, that means it was transmitted to the state. It could simply be a matter of information mismatch.  Please see below on how to contact them:
