My residence is Colorado. Earned income working six weeks in Pennsylvania. Where do I subtract that income from the taxable amount on the Colorado form?

I believe income earned out of state is not taxed in Colorado. It appears Turbotax is not taking that into account as it does not ask me where I resided while doing the work.

Your residence state of Colorado, taxes you on all income earned while a resident.

In order to avoid being taxed twice on the same income, you do the non-resident state return first and then the resident state.  This is if the non-resident state is taxing you on that income.
