My Ohio W2 Shows I paid school taxes, I enter it on Income page, but turbotax refuses to let me enter it on SD100?

I paid my school taxes. Its on my W2. It shows up when I look at my w2 under income- however, when I get to the school tax section it says I've paid $0 and I have a late penalty and it wants me to pay thousands of dollars.

When I click the "forms" page to try to enter it in manually directly on the form, Turbotax will not let me enter SD100 manually, on any lines. They show as a blue box and are not editable.

Since the SD100 is generated for each school district, be sure the school district on your form matches your w2 for the payments to show up.

You are right, you can't enter in the SD-100 as it pulls from the w2.
