Her primary residency is Hawaii for 2017. She was employed at t-mobile arena for a few months part time.
Do I need to file Hawaii residency (because she is a full time student) and a nonresident tax for Nevada? Or do I add all her income with Hawaii state and nothing needed for Nevada.

Nevada does not have a state income tax so you do not have to file a NV state return. Because she was only in Nevada for a short time, she probably did not change her domicile so you will want to report and pay tax to Hawaii for the Nevada income.
