I moved to Arizona on 01/16/2020. I had lived in California before moving to AZ. I received separate W-2's for my California employment and for my Arizona employment. Via TurboTax, it appears I my AZ state return is counting my California income as part of the total Arizona income. But I am paying taxes to California for my California income so I am being taxed twice for what I earned in California - paying both California and Arizona for my work in California before I moved. Is this right?

No, not since 2015. AZ generates AZ income based on the W2 entries and your marking part-year resident.
AZ shows the federal and the adjustments to get to your correct AZ income.

Thanks. Found out my error was not selecting I was in Arizona part time in 2020. Once I did that, the taxes corrected.
