Moved from Brazil to CA in 2018. Still paid by Brazil company. For federal return declare full-yr 2018 income but for CA just post move date. Where/how to adjust in TT?

I moved from Brazil to CA in 2018 and continued to be paid by my Brazil-based employer. It has no US address so no W-2. For the federal return, I declare full-year income.  However, since I moved to CA in 2018 I should declare income for CA only after the move date.  It is not clear where/how to adjust that in Turbo Tax.  Would this be "Other Adjustments to Income" under Miscellaneous?

Yes, you would use the Adjustments section to allocate income for California.

Here's some general help on how to Allocate Earned Income for a Part-Year Resident return:
