MN long-term care insurance credit

I cannot un-check the box for the MN long-term care insurance credit to remove it.  Will this be fixed soon?

If you cannot uncheck the long-term insurance premium credit with the instructions below, then you can delete Schedule M1LTI from your return. 

Please follow these steps:

1. Open your tax return.
2. Click on State on the left hand side.
3. Click Edit.
4. Continue through the interview until you reach the screen Minnesota Credits.
5. Uncheck the checkmark next to Paid long term insurance premiums.

If that does not work, please delete the Schedule M1LTI from your return.

To remove this schedule, please follow these steps:

1. Open your tax return.
2. Click on Tools.
3. Click on Delete a Form. 
4. Scroll down to your state forms and look for Schedule M1LTI and click Delete.
