My wife works in KC Missouri and pays taxes there though we are non-residents. We do not live in Missouri. There is a KCMO Local Income tax in addition to Missouri tax deductions. My income is 100% outside of Missouri sources. I first went through the taxes for Kansas, then my non-residential states, CA and MO. Seeing that MO was still claiming my income as subject to their taxes. I deleted the KS, MO and CA state returns then started MO all over again. Turbo Tax is still claiming my non-Missouri income and saying that I owe Missouri taxes. My wife's taxes seem to properly reflect that she earned her income in Missouri.
What can I do to stop the program from attributing my income to Missouri?

When you input your income information make sure that none of the forms have Missouri entered in the state information and verify that your wife's income is being allocated to your wife.
I had paid the Turbo Tax fee. Can I edit the state forms or do I have to pay the fees all over again... will be over @$200 for the federal and three states.
