Minnesota forms printing in Gibberish

I'm trying to print out my Minnesota tax forms to mail.  All pages print except Schedule M15 and M1NC - it prints gibberish on most of the lines; some lines are correct and some headers are correct.  It's the same if I print in Word or convert to a PDF.  All of the federal forms were correct.  I have Adobe Acrobat DC.  Sample below.
