Meeting the Cal FTB 30 day deadline

I also received the California FTB request for documentation (All 1099's) The 30 day deadline (June 1 2025) is a Sunday and the preceding week has a holiday. Is there a reliable way other than overnight shipping to send the 50 page package and meet the 30 day deadline? Drop off at the Sacramento address?
