Massachusetts tax forms not supprted

I have difficulties e-filing my MA state return. The turbotax expert tells me that turbotox does not support this form: "So that form is not supported by turbotax with efiling so you would have to print and mail in but you wont be able to print until the 24th i believe".

What is the value of this expensive service if the software does not support the tax forms?

That sounds different from what the Turbotax expert told me. They said I was not going to be able to e-file MA taxes this year at all, not now, not later. I guess I'll see who is right.
