Maryland Filing

To Turbo Tax Professional:

I filed electronically with the state of Maryland using Turbo Tax. After I was completed, I received the email from Turbo tax congratulating me for filing and a message saying "Your 2022 Maryland Personal return was accepted!"

I paid the $25 fee to file using Turbo Tax. Order number [removed].

I kept watching my bank account for the state to take the $675 which was the balance due.

Yesterday, 7/25/23, I called the state because they did not take the money from my account and they told me my taxes were not received. The state told me to file with NO Penalty to be applied. How do I proceed? I do not want to pay an additional filing fee to Turbo Tax.
