Mailing state return after efiling federal

I efiled federal return, now TurboTax will not give me access to my state return so I can print it and file it by mail. What am I doing wrong?

On the black panel on the left, select:

1. Tax Tools
2. Print Center

I am still having trouble printing out my state return for mailing after I have e filed my federal

If you choose to e-file your federal first, you'll have to wait until your return has been accepted before you can e-file your state.

To e-file the state

1. Sign in to TurboTax.
2. Under Your tax returns & documents, select Show, and then select 2019.
3. Now select Add a state (this reopens your return).
4. Select State from the left menu.
5. On the Let's get your state taxes done right screen, select Continue and follow the instructions.
