I moved to MA during 2022 and only had income from MA. I received a 1099-G for MA PFML and entered it into TurboTax. When I go to file my state return I get the following error:
On the state form I have this page, where I can’t enter anything:
How can I fix this error and submit my state return?

After reviewing the forms ready for e-file, I discovered there is a form INC that is not yet supported. Once it is ready for e-file, this should resolve the issue.
I am sorry I missed it earlier. Your entries look great!
This is the screen you should have gotten to
Start from the beginning like this Delete your original entry 1099g
Reenter the 1099g, hit Done
then , go into Massachusetts,
then Wages you earned outside of Massachusetts,
then Non Massachusetts portion of Income
Thank you, yes we had gotten to that screen and entered our wages and taxable PFML distributions. Then the next screen is the “review non-Massachusetts unemployment” page where we are unable to enter anything under the “all states” and “non-ma portion” columns.
We tried to delete then re-enter the 1099g and the error is still occurring.
The 1099-G is from MA, has an income and a withholding. There is no non-MA unemployment income. On the first screen you show unemployment of zero.
Let's go back through federal and state:
When you go into the state return:
Thank you, unfortunately everything is entered as you say and the error is still occurring and we are unable to file.
I did not pay back anything so the total is zero.
Could there be a glitch that is causing the PFML entry in the federal taxes section to be counted as unemployment instead of pfml?
