About a month ago, I was getting an error when e-filing saying something about a bad agency ID. That ended up being a TurboTax issue. It seems that TurboTax fixed that issue and I was able to e-file. However, my submission was rejected by Louisiana, no idea why. But when I updated TurboTax yesterday and tried to e-file again, I went to check the reason for the failure. It simply stated that it was a TurboTax issue and I needed to enter more information. Well, I have entered all of the information it needed and clicked the "Transmit returns now" button and now TurboTax is stuck in a loop trying to "gather more information". It is highlighting my LA Department of Revenue account number in red and says it needs to be 10 digits... it is 10 digits!! It is the same as it has been on my returns for the last 10 years. One of them is a dash, does that matter? Very frustrating. Anybody else having this problem?

Remove the dash and put a "0" in front of the first number. See if this works.

That did the trick, thank you Dave.
