I live in Washington as a freelancer and work from my home. My main client is in Oregon and has sent me a 1099-misc for the work I did in 2019. Do I have to pay Oregon state taxes on this income?

No, you don't have to pay Oregon State Tax. Your Self Employment income is considered to be earned from your Home Office in Washington.
This is true even if you occasionally need to travel to a customer site, attend a meeting, etc.

Thank you @MarilynG1, I had been told Oregon changed their laws and that I'd have to pay state taxes this year even if I work remotely from my own office on a 1099. Had me a little panicked!
