I have a number in box 17 but my state tax keeps getting rejected

On your W2, AL should be the only state and the wages in box 16 should be the same as box 1.   

You may need to go back to My Info and indicate that you 'did not work in any other state', since Tennessee has no state income tax.

Could someone please help me I live in Alabama but work in Florida so I have a AL w-2 and a FL w-2 and my Alabama keeps getting rejected.
