Let's look at a couple of things.
Under "State of Residence" for you and your spouse does it say Wisconsin? If not, click on "Edit" and change it.
Next let's look at your W-2
Is anything listed other than WI? If so, delete it.
If you haven't found anything to trigger a MI return at this point, delete the MI return as follows:
If it tries to add MI back in it may tell you what's triggering the MI return.
If it does trigger MI again, print it out and see if anything is posting through.
If you imported your W-2s or anything else there may be something in the import that is causing this that we cannot see.
You may have to start over again and input everything by hand.
