My Kentucky e-file has been rejected twice even though TurboTax found no errors. I updated after first rejection and my tax bill doubled! What gives ! help?
I got this message from TurboTax: (I filed the second time on Feb 26 after update.)

I got the same message, but found no indication on Kentucky Department of Revenue that the ITC credit is being updated. TurboTax needs to provide the rejection code, but the message doesn't provide it.
I got the same error twice. TurboTax not very helpful. Will probably end up mailing it in.

No and no help from TurboTax. We need to know the rejection code. But it’s not provided by TurboTax.
Retried it today and mine was accepted.
Success! Kentucky state e-file now accepted on 3rd try.
