IT-398: Part II - New York Depreciation should not be greater than the Federal Depreciation amount. Please review your depreciation entries.

I am filing my New York taxes as a non-resident (I live in PA).  I rented out a single-family home for a few months before listing it & selling it in 2021.  I am getting this error when filling out my NY taxes in TurboTax Premier.  I cannot fix it and I can't figure out where it is getting the erroneous value from.  That value doesn't exist in any of the federal worksheets or forms.

Please clarify - have you entered depreciation into your federal return?  Or is this message just showing up for you?
