Issues exiling state taxes says forms not available! It’s now 2/7 simple state return for NC … anyone else?

Forms are finalized and approved by the reporting entity. You can track the status for NC at State forms availability table for TurboTax individual (personal) tax products.

Maybe I should of added other sites have given me the option to file with no issues
