Is there a way to edit Pass-Through Entity Tax Add back line 20 on Other Additions Statement for Virginia? Can't efile til I "Fix Virginia Return" but won't accept edit.

When Turbo Tax Line 20 shows "0" but says it should be blank because no credit is being claimed for Pass Through Entity Elective Tax Payment Credit on Schedule CR. When I delete the "0" and continue it just takes me back to "Fix Virginia Return"
