is CA accepting State returns yet?

I'm trying to file my CA state return and TT just keeps going in circles back to the same screen. It says I have money coming from CA but won't let me actually file

According to the Forms Availability Table for California Individual returns, some forms are not ready for e-filing. You might compare the forms in your return to this list. If any match, you will need to wait until after the projected release date before you attempt to e-file your California return again.

It's also possible this is browser-related. Please log out of TurboTax, refresh your browser, and clear your cookies and cache. Then restart your browser and log into TurboTax again. Or try a different browser.
