IRS has deducted from my checking

Hi 

I have filling my income w2 tax efile via turbotax paid account. There has 2 w2 incomes filing. 

first filing in Jan-2025 for 2024 tax, one file has filling and every thing went well and I get refunded. 

second one in Feb-2025 for 2024 tax, I made amended online via turbotax and the account has to link my checking and It taken money back, which is not all from first refunded amount but nearly all. 

What is the reason and why. I didnt track back. I only can able to check the transaction which is ACH HOLD IRS USATAXPYMT. 

Can someone help me to answer and what shall I do? Thank much for your help.
