Indiana Department of Revenue - Change of Address

I moved to a new address. I filed my 2020 taxes (federal + Indiana State) using my new address and got the refund. I know IRS address will be updated. Do I need to manually change Indiana DoR address? 

According to this link, it looks like I have to change it manually.

Usually when you file a tax return that will update the address as well.  The link you provide does have a simple form on it that you (and your spouse) can fill out and sign to ensure Indiana has the updated address if in doubt.  And that form can be mailed to the address provided on the form or taken in person to the local DOR office in your area.
