Incorrect (?) "other withholding" amount in state tax return

TT is picking up an amount on line 13 "other state withholding" (Tax payments worksheet) on my NY (New York) IT-201. I don't know where this is coming from and I think it's wrong. Federal return was checked for accuracy and I agree it's correct. There are no errors (red!) indicated in left topics column Where do I find how this was transferred into the tax payments worksheet? Can I manually over ride and erase it if all else fails? Please help. I'm at a standstill now.

New York Paid Family Leave would be reported in Box 14- New York Paid Family Leave is insurance that may be funded by employees through payroll deductions.  They are state income tax for the itemized deduction on the federal return.
