On my Ohio State Tax return, where do I enter interest on Federal obligations that is not subject to state taxes

In the federal section of the software. After you enter your 1099-INT and/or 1099-DIV, you will be asked if any of it was from federal obligations. What you enter there will transfer to the Ohio return.
