If I live in NJ and work remotely for a company in CA, do I owe any CA taxes?

I did not receive a CA W2 from my employer. I received two W2s. A federal W2 and another NJ W2. To be honest, I haven't even visited my company's office in CA yet.

If you never lived in CA or worked in CA or had CA state taxes withheld from your wages then you do not have to file a California state income tax return.
