I worked for a StaffAgency in FL that had a client in another state.I was paid by staffing agency.Does this mean when asked if I worked outside the state I should put no?

Put No if you worked from home the entire time. If you worked for a staffing agency and not the client directly, you should not owe tax to any state (Florida has no income tax). Even if you worked directly for the client, most states will only tax you if you were physically working outside Florida.

Check Boxes 15-20 to make sure your agency did not report any income and tax withheld to another state.
