Anyone with a ddd for 2019 taxes

No.  I filed and accepted on 1/31. No EIC or ACTC and still show processing. Tried ordering transcripts online and they show N/A. I could order by mail but hear that they will prob be blank. Not sure what is taking so long

My daughter filed on 2/1 got approved on wmr on 2/10 ddd of feb 13 .no eic
