I took a deduction for Self-Employed Health Insurance on my Fed. return and now Turbotax won't let me zero this deduction for WI non-resident. Why not? How to do this?

There is an entry screen for this in the state "guide me" section which is pre-filled in with the federal amount. It won't let me change the WI amount. Why?
