I thought social security benefits in Oklahoma were not taxable on state taxes

Social Security benefits aren't taxed on your Oklahoma return.

Oklahoma begins with your federal Adjusted Gross Income (AGI), but Social Security benefits that are included in your federal AGI are subtracted on your Oklahoma return on Schedule 511-A.
