I suspect my state refund (Oregon) is too high. Where is the most likely place I made a mistake?

Check your W-2 entries for state tax withheld (box 17).  This is the most likely error, if any, on your return.  Print out your federal and state returns and review the amounts.  Look for odd amounts and double check any form that has state withholding.
