I removed the premium benefit option ($39) but it's still showing on my agreement form

I removed the premium benefit option ($39) but it's still showing on my agreement form

You have to first remove Premium by the method shown below, and then you have to switch to paying by credit/debit card.  Read the info below including the removal FAQ with screen images.

Are you a California filer, and did you choose to pay the TurboTax product fees out of your Federal refund?   If so, that option to pay out of the refund is bundled with other benefits and called "Premium Services" for 39.99 (34.99 in Free Edition.)
