I need Ky State estimnated tax payment forms

where do I get Ky estimate tax forms

In TurboTax, it is part of the KY state interview. It is almost at the end, under the "Other Forms" section. When you click on that section, you are first asked about an extension. After the extension, you are then asked about if you need to make estimated payments. When you click yes, you will be directed to the section of the program to prepare your estimates.
