I moved to a new state how do I put that down?

I moved mid 2016 but my original residence is in the first state. how do I put that down.

The Personal Interview will ask for your state of residence as of 12/31/2016. List your new state as the state of residence.

Then, select "Lived in another state in 2016".

The interview will then ask for your old state of residence and when you moved.

Completing this process will prompt the program to identify what returns you need to file.
