I made a mistake on my 2023 PA return estimated taxes for 2024

I goofed when I filed my 2023 return. My 2023 tax filing was fine.

I erred with my 2024 estimated taxes. I reported the 2024 estimated taxes as already paid when they weren't. Do I file an amended return to correct this error? Or a "corrected" return because the deadline is 11 days away? BTW, I've already made the 1st estimated payment in the proper amount.

Thanks   (Trying to reach PA Dept of Rev is challenging)

No, you don't have to amend your return to correct the 2024 estimated payments.

You can simply pay the correct amount for the second, third, and fourth quarters, since you already know what you should be paying. Follow this link for payment options.
