I live on VA but I pay state taxes to PUERTO Rico how can I add Puerto Rico as a territory

Please clarify -- what Puerto Rico taxes do you pay?  

Do you have income from there that you pay tax on?  

Or perhaps tax on real estate or personal property? 

Where in the TurboTax program are you trying to add Puerto Rico?

Please provide as much information as possible.
