As I mentioned previously, I live in Pa, but own a single member LLC in Delaware. I plan to file a De non resident return in addition to my PA state return. I am confused as to whether I should include income earned in DE on my PA return.
I was surprised to see my PA state return ask me a lot of questions about my business but my DE non-resident state return ask me very little. I made roughly $2500 from the business but didn't owe Delaware anything. Yet, on my Pa return I am being asked a lot of questions about the DE-based business. I just want to make sure that I am filing correctly. This is my first year as a business owner.

The non-resident states only tax you on the income you earn in that state.
Your state of residence taxes you on all of your income. If you pay taxes in another state you generally get a credit on your state of residence return for the taxes paid elsewhere.
