I live in PA and own a single member LLC in Delaware. I file a Delaware non-resident return. Should I include business income on my PA state return?
As I mentioned previously, I live in Pa, but own a single member LLC in Delaware. I plan to file a De non resident return in addition to my PA state return. I am confused as to whether I should include income earned in DE on my PA return.
I was surprised to see my PA state return ask me a lot of questions about my business but my DE non-resident state return ask me very little. I made roughly $2500 from the business but didn't owe Delaware anything. Yet, on my Pa return I am being asked a lot of questions about the DE-based business. I just want to make sure that I am filing correctly. This is my first year as a business owner.
