I have a question regarding my state tax return

We have been unable to pay the $24.99 using my wife's Visa Card 9057. Have called, been told it will a 55 minute wait(you got to be kidding), so far have been unable to speak with a LIVE Turbo Tax  representative. What can Turbo Tax about this problem, meaning the online payment. My wife already has an account under Penelope Hutcheson.
