I have a 1099G and i have state taxes taken out but there is no state ID on my form. How do I find this information?

You can contact the "Payer" of the 1099-G (there should be a phone number in the payer section-uppper left hand corner of the 1099-G) and they will be able to give you the state id number.  Sometimes you can go to "payers" website and find out the state id because it may be listed on the website.
